Just Breathe ...
As I sit down to update my website I am wondering what to write.The most important thing I have to say is that yoga practice is for EVERYONE. I strongly believe that a regular practice WILL make you stronger in mind and body.
I have been practicing various forms of yoga for over a decade before starting to teach. Yoga is my passion. Yoga is a way of life, it is more than making shapes with your body. I have benefited so much from from the effects of my practice and it is my joy to share with others the many parts of this complex practice.
My NHS background and previous career lead me to have a special interest in the therapeutic effects of yoga.
My yoga teaching journey has led me to also offer pregnancy yoga, baby massage and postnatal mum and baby yoga sessions.
For me my yoga practice is a life long process which is forever developing and has given me the tools to navigate through my life more effectively. I am keen to bring a sense of calm and relaxation to individuals and the community.
