Yoga One to One
I offer yoga one to one sessions for you either in the comfort of your home or I can hire a venue. These can be an ideal way to focus on you as it is all about YOU and YOUR needs.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
Don't avoid yoga just because you think you aren't flexible. If you have tight muscles or want to improve your range of movement, yoga is just the thing to loosen you up.The point of yoga is not to show off how flexible you are, but rather to become more flexible over time while enjoying yoga's health benefits. Yoga is not like gymnastics, in which the most flexible person gets a medal.
What if I have an injury?
Injuries or medical conditions most likely will not prevent you from doing yoga. Please contact me about any concerns you have so that I can provide modifications and make sure you get the best out of yoga.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, so long as it allows you to move, stretch and breathe. T-shirt and jogging bottoms are fine. A warm jumper, fleece and blanket is nice for relaxation.
Do I need to buy equipment?
I can provide a yoga mat but eventually you may feel the need to purchase your own mat and block for hygiene reasons.
'one to one yoga session helped to target specific problem areas. Nita tailored the postures and breathing in the session which helped to provide immediate and long term benefits. During the session Nita explained the areas targeted by doing the specific postures and reasons why it would help my body ease and ultimately recover from the pain.
